  • Return & Earn

     

    Your business apply to become a Return & Earn over-the-counter collection point

    The NSW container deposit scheme, Return and Earn, commenced across NSW on 1 December 2017 and everyone has a role to play. Drink container litter make up to 44% of the volume of all litter in the state and costs more than $162 million to manage. Return and Earn will be the largest litter reduction scheme introduced in NSW, and will help meet the Premier's goal of reducing the volume of litter in the state by 40% by 2020.

  • Sustainable Retail is on its way

    While shopping centres are not usually considered bellwethers of sustainability, AMP Capital Shopping Centres are taking up the challenge.  BBP recently attended one of AMP Capital Shopping Centre’s “Talking Shop” events “Sustainability in Style”.  According to Chris Nunn Head of Sustainability, the organisation’s top three sustainability concerns are Climate Change, Waste, particularly plastic and thirdly Ethical Sourcing.
