Green Chef – Learn how to green your kitchen and save!

July NewsStep into a commercial kitchen and you can literally see and feel the energy used in creating good food. However the cost of these essential ingredients is on the rise! Now is the time to consider how you can reduce your exposure to rising operating costs.  
This exciting and free energy efficiency training session is hosted by the Better Business Partnership and Green Chef. The workshop will offer restaurants, bistros, cafes and catering companies with practical information to save money and improve the efficiencies within their kitchen and business in general. By attending this workshop you can learn how you can gain a competitive edge for your business and demonstrate your sustainability credentials to your customers.

 

When:   Monday August 22 2011 from 9am till 12 noon.
Where:  Caretakers Cottage, Centre for Sustainability, The Coal Loader, 2 Balls Head Rd, Waverton
Limited unrestricted on-street parking is available on Balls Head Rd, however, we encourage you to consider alternative travel arrangements, such as train (the Coal Loader is just 5mins walk from Waverton Station), if possible.
