BBP, in conjunction with our partnering Willoughby CIty Council's Access Committe and our partnering Councils are very proud to launch the Missed Business Guide. Aimed at small businesses the free guide aims to help business owners and managers understand how to improve access to their goods and services for a large part of our community – customers who have a disability.

BBP Talks Wrap Up

Over 85 people attended the second event series as part of BBP’s three part Better Business Talks with the theme “Get the local edge”. The series focuses on how local businesses can get a competitive advantage by connecting with their local community. The “Business Health Check” events were held in the village locations of Artarmon, Lane Cove, North Sydney and Turramurra. Attendees were taken through a simple checklist on how to improve their business, increase customer loyalty and achieve success through sustainability.

A BBP member since 2013, Flat Rock Brew Café in Naremburn has cut down landfill waste by up to 75% through smarter recycling of glass, food and cardboard. ‘It’s been very useful to have had the Better Business Partnership provide such great suggestions and support’, says owner Karl Riseborough.
