Introducing the 'Love Your Customer Program'

In 2014 North Sydney Business Network is staging the 'Love Your Customer Program’, a series of four events that will help you identify, engage and retain customers and draw on them to help build your business and brand.
The events will provide practical advice from business experts, giving simple tools and tips to assist you. You’ll also get the chance to network with and learn from your local business peers.

About the speaker
Matt Jones is an expert in brand purpose, brand experience and brand behaviour. He was formerly the global head of ideas for Jack Morton, the world's leading brand experience agency, based in New York City.

Matt is now the founder of Better Happy, one of Australia's first dedicated brand purpose agencies. He is also one of three founding partners of Four Pillars Gin, a start-up Australian distilling company built through crowd-funding.
